profbval software package provides predictor of flexible/rigid protein residues from sequence, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install profbval
profbval is installed in your system.
Make ensure the profbval package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep profbval *
You will get with profbval package name, version, architecture and description in a table
